About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Process & Procedures Administrator to join our team in this exciting journey. As a key member of our Store Operations department, you'll play a crucial role in creating, reviewing, and implementing operational processes that enhance customer experience and drive business growth.

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum

Job Description

As a Process & Procedures Administrator, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing and updating existing processes to ensure alignment with current business needs and industry standards.
  • Developing, documenting, and implementing new operational processes and procedures.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights for process improvement.
  • Ensuring all processes comply with legal requirements and Grafton Group policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in process creation, review, and optimisation, preferably within a builder's merchant or related industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
