We are seeking a seasoned Business Operations Leader to spearhead the management and development of our in-life mortgage and savings operations, customer relationship, vulnerable customer and complaints teams.

As part of our Business Development team, you will report directly to the Director of Business Development and be responsible for driving strategic growth initiatives and operational excellence.

About the Role
  • Lead the development and implementation of business operations strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Oversee the management of complex operations, ensuring seamless delivery and high-quality service.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and drive process enhancements.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a track record of driving business growth, and a passion for delivering exceptional results. You will have a deep understanding of business operations and be able to navigate complex organizational structures.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, dependent on skills and experience, plus a range of benefits such as a pension scheme, private medical insurance*, professional study support* and a bonus scheme* (dependent on business performance).
