Product Supervisor

At Sports Direct, we're looking for a skilled Product Supervisor to join our team in Johor Bahru. As a key member of our retail operations team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our stores.

• Assist the Shop Manager/Assistant Shop Manager in overall daily operations, including handling tills, product receiving, storage arrangement, and displays in assigned departments.
• Coach and train sales assistants in product knowledge and customer service standards.
• Contribute to achieving monthly sales targets and monitor stock delivery and processing.
• Assist in stock replenishment activities and participate in routine, ad-hoc, and annual stock takes.
• Stand in for the Assistant Shop Manager as needed to handle departmental operations and ensure consistency in retail standards.
• Maintain and clean shop premises, and update the Shop Manager on staff performance and customer feedback.
• Implement and execute sales and promotion plans as required.

• SPM with at least 2 years' experience as a Supervisor in the retail industry or Diploma with at least 2 years as a Sales Assistant (or equivalent).
• Passion for sports and retail, with proven small team leadership and management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work long hours, weekends, public holidays, and shift duty.
