Product Supervisor

As a Product Supervisor at Sports Direct, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our retail stores. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the Shop Manager/Assistant Shop Manager in overseeing daily operations, including handling tills, receiving and storing products, and maintaining displays in assigned departments.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in achieving monthly sales targets and monitor stock deliveries and processing.
- Coach and train sales assistants in product knowledge and customer service standards.
- Assist in stock replenishment activities and perform routine, ad-hoc, and annual stock takes.
- Stand in for the Assistant Shop Manager as needed to handle departmental operations and ensure consistency in retail standards.
- Update the Shop Manager on staff performance and customer feedback.
- Implement and execute sales and promotion plans as required.
- SPM with at least 2 years' experience as a Supervisor in the retail industry or Diploma with at least 2 years as a Sales Assistant (or equivalent).
- Passion for sports and retail industry.
- Proven small team leadership and management skills.
- Knowledge in analytic, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Good customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work long hours, weekends, public holidays, and shift duty.
