Job Title: Supporting Early Years Learning

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to join our team at a Primary school in Haslingden. This role is ideal for someone passionate about nurturing young minds and creating a positive learning environment.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the educational and social development of our youngest learners, working closely with the class teacher to create a vibrant and engaging learning environment that fosters curiosity, creativity, and a love for learning among children aged 3-5.

The estimated salary for this role is around £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To support the class teacher in delivering high-quality education to pupils aged 3-5.
  • To contribute to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes social and emotional development.
  • To work collaboratively with the teaching team to plan and implement engaging lessons and activities.

Requirements:
  • All applicants must have a genuine passion for working with young children and a desire to make a positive impact on their lives.
  • A degree or equivalent qualification in Early Years Education or a related field is desirable but not essential.
  • An Enhanced DBS Disclosure and professional reference checks will be required as part of the recruitment process.
