Consultant Psychiatrist in General Adult Psychiatry

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Psychiatrist to join our dynamic Home Treatment Team at Northwick Park Hospital. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and delivering high-quality care to patients with acute, severe, and enduring mental illness.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership for the team, ensuring best practice is employed and quality and productivity targets are met.
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives and service evaluation projects.
- Contribute to the continuous development of the HTT and other parts of the service as required.
- Participate in and lead quality improvement projects and clinical audits.
- Senior medical responsibility for the care carried out by the HTT.
- Full Registration with the GMC and inclusion on Specialist Register (or CCT expected within 6 months of interview date).
- Completed minimum of one year's full-time training in an approved psychiatric training scheme.
- Experience of managing patients with acute, severe, and enduring mental illness in a community setting.
