About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Administrator to join our team at C-urb, a leading provider of Private Sector Leasing services in Edinburgh. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with repairing standards in the housing sector, providing excellent customer care, and participating in tenant participation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer repairs and safety checks for leased properties
  • Liaise with tenants, contractors, colleagues, and landlords to arrange appointments and resolve issues
  • Ensure compliance with repairing standards and regulations
  • Provide excellent customer care and support to tenants
  • Participate in tenant participation initiatives and equal opportunities programs
Requirements
  • Good general standard of education
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
  • Administration experience in a fast-paced office environment
  • Knowledge of repairing standards in the housing sector
  • Commitment to excellent customer care, tenant participation, and equal opportunities
