About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Administrator to join our team at C-urb, a leading provider of Private Sector Leasing services in Edinburgh. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with repairing standards in the housing sector, providing excellent customer care, and participating in tenant participation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administering repairs and safety checks for leased properties
  • Liaising with tenants, contractors, colleagues, and landlords to arrange appointments and resolve issues
  • Providing excellent customer care and communication skills
  • Participating in tenant participation initiatives and promoting equal opportunities
  • Working in a fast-paced office environment with a flexible and can-do attitude
