About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Business Partner to join our team at World Duty Free Group. As a Logistics Business Partner, you will be responsible for leading our logistics health and safety management and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective logistics health and safety strategies to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and implement controls to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety procedures and protocols.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including suppliers and regulatory bodies.
- Monitor and report on health and safety performance metrics, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience of leading logistics health and safety management and operations.
- Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to deliver efficient business solutions.
- NEBOSH Certificate or higher (or equivalent).
- Graduate Membership of IOSH (or above).
- Any additional safety-specific training within logistics environments.
- A clean driving licence.
