Logistics Health and Safety Business Partner

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Health and Safety Business Partner to join our team at World Duty Free. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting and achieving our safety strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Head of Safety to develop and implement safety initiatives that drive business results.
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to mitigate potential hazards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Provide training and support to employees on safety procedures and protocols.
  • Monitor and report on safety metrics to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in logistics and safety, with a strong understanding of business operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
