Job Title: Holiday Cover Cleaning Operative

Location: St Enoch Shopping Centre

Shift Pattern: Various covering dayshift and backshift

Working Hours: 10 hours per week

Pay Rate: £ per hour

Job Overview

As a Holiday Cover Cleaning Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring that areas are cleaned to the highest standards at all times. This includes maintaining Health and Safety standards, using equipment correctly, and dealing with customer requests promptly and courteously.

Main Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include working in a busy shopping centre, cleaning the food court, mall, toilets, and ensuring a high level of cleanliness is maintained on a daily basis. This involves completing a range of cleaning activities, including mopping, sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, emptying bins using machinery, and cleaning the washrooms and toilets.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Flexibility
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to work within a team as well as independently
  • Reliable and responsible with a flexible approach to work
  • Good communication skills
  • Previous cleaning experience is preferred
  • Awareness of importance on Health & Safety Policies & procedures
