Our Small Business team is dedicated to helping businesses and brands of all sizes succeed on TikTok, providing best-in-class tools and products to help them achieve their marketing goals.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Country Manager to lead our Small Business team in France and Benelux.
As a Country Manager, you will be responsible for devising and delivering comprehensive small business advertiser acquisition and revenue growth plans through innovative strategies, strategic partnerships, and education.
You will oversee the entire campaign lifecycle, from strategy and content creation to vendor management and launch execution, ensuring initiatives stay on time and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive end-to-end seasonal and always-on campaigns, catering to various audiences (advertisers, agencies, end-users)
- Work in close partnership with cross-functional teams to drive leads, new cash active, and revenue growth for TikTok advertising solutions
- Advocate for the SMB customer, influencing internal teams to prioritize SMB needs and develop data-driven solutions
- Manage and collaborate with third-party vendors/agencies to ensure high-quality campaign creation and successful execution
- Track and analyze campaign and partnership performance across all digital platforms, identifying areas for improvement and iterating for better results
Requirements:
- Proven years of experience in marketing, new business acquisition/development or B2B strategic/channel partnerships, ideally within the digital marketing space, in France and Benelux
- Deep understanding of the Small & Medium Businesses industry and B2B Marketing
- Strong local market knowledge and understanding of the business landscape in France and/or Benelux, including key players, industry trends, regulations, and cultural nuances
- Excellent verbal and written English and French language skills. Dutch nice to have.
