Job Description

Role: Warehouse Operations Manager

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday

The ideal candidate will have complete ownership of the existing warehouse site, leading a team of warehouse and dispatch managers and supervisors. Key responsibilities include:

  • Accountable for the successful leadership and operational effectiveness for the entire warehouse
  • Responsible for delivering customer excellence, ensuring safety, and building a culture of continuous improvement
  • Scope and identify improvement initiatives within the team and operation, leading projects across the warehouse & dispatch
  • Continuously review operational performance and procedures, across service, cost, people, and process

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years' experience within parcel, e-commerce, warehouse, or logistics environment
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to handle multiple priorities
