Tax and Treasury Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax and Treasury Manager to join our finance team at CMA Recruitment Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing tax strategy, compliance, and treasury operations across five countries.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement tax strategies to ensure compliance and optimize cash flow
- Manage VAT, corporate tax, and other filings across five countries
- Advise on tax impacts and manage relationships with HMRC
- Oversee cash flow, optimize payment processes, and manage foreign exchange and financial risks
- Lead a small accounts payable team and drive process improvements
- Engage in finance-related projects such as system automation and new software integrations
- 5+ years of experience in tax/treasury management, preferably with multinational experience
- Knowledge of UK and European tax laws
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing treasury functions, including cash flow and banking relationships
- Proficient in financial software and Excel
