As a Bank Domestic Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene within our care home. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will ensure that our residents receive the best possible care.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitize rooms, including furnishings, in assigned work areas
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and tidiness of the service and laundry, causing minimal disruption to our service users and their care
  • Communicate and engage effectively with our service users, their families, and colleagues, demonstrating good interpersonal and working relationship skills
  • Work without direct supervision, using your initiative to maintain high levels of hygiene within the home
  • Use a variety of cleaning products, paying particular attention to COSHH regulated products

We offer a competitive salary of £12.00 per hour and flexible working hours to secure your work-life balance. Our leadership programme provides opportunities for development and progression within Shaw healthcare.
