About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Domestic Assistant to join our team at Sycamore Lodge, a highly valued provider of care. As a Domestic Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and tidiness within the home, ensuring our service users receive the best possible care.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitize rooms, including furnishings, in assigned work areas
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and tidiness, minimizing disruption to service users and their care
  • Communicate and engage effectively with service users, their families, and colleagues, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and working relationship skills
  • Work independently, using a variety of cleaning products, including COSHH regulated products
  • Maintain high levels of hygiene within the home

Salary and Working Hours:

The salary for this role is £12.00 per hour, with a 37.5 hour contract and shift times from 07.30-15.30. We offer flexible working arrangements to support your work-life balance.
