Design Manager Opportunity
RGB Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Design Manager to work on a long-term contract role with one of the area's most diverse contractors.
The contractor works on a range of negotiated and tendered projects for both private and public sector clients across various sectors, including Academic, Healthcare, Housing, MOD, Commercial, and Industrial works.
As a Design Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Liaising with site teams, senior management, consultants, and architects to effectively manage the design process.
- Managing external and internal design teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Attending design team meetings to ensure notes are taken, actions are agreed, and distributed to relevant functions.
- Supporting Net Zero requirements, BREEAM, Digital Strategy, and MMC to ensure all key design deliverables are tracked and compliant with building standards.
- Managing designers to provide adequate, complete, and compliant information to meet the design programme and pass client approval gateways.
The contract is a long-term opportunity with a busy pipeline of work, and you will be paid on a PAYE/PAYE Umbrella basis.
