Service Desk Analyst Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our team in Neath, working on a part-time, permanent basis. This role will involve working in our office Monday to Friday and from home on weekends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer support requirements and deal with alerts from our monitoring systems.
  • Work with the Service Desk Team Leader and wider support team to address recurring technical issues and identify training or documentation requirements.
  • Manage communication with clients via the service desk portal, phone, and email, ensuring a high level of interactive ongoing communication.
  • Identify client issues during proactive performance checks of customer systems and ensure maximum possible uptime and performance.
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working within a technology-led support team.
  • Knowledge of CCTV and hardware assembly, as well as SQL skills, including understanding of database structures and query language.
