As a clinical leader, you will work closely with the clinical management team to develop and implement health promotion and wellbeing programmes, ensuring the practice meets the highest standards of care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and review audit protocols and processes to ensure effective utilisation of the audit cycle
  • Support the clinical management team with reviewing clinical practices and responding to national policies and initiatives
  • Lead the planning and implementation of changes within the nursing team, enhancing the provision of services to patients
  • Support the practice team with reviewing and implementing practice policies and protocols, ensuring conformance to extant legislation
