About the Role

We are seeking an eLearning Administrator to join our Training & Development Department at Showsec's head office in Leicester City Centre. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract opportunity to design and develop educational courses using Articulate 360 and other relevant software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain eLearning courses and eBriefings, including scripting and storyboarding for course materials, activities, and assessments.
  • Collaborate with internal and external team members to guide and support larger projects.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure all online materials and resources meet the organisation's training goals and objectives.
  • Test, quality-check, and deploy eLearning content to ensure it is fit for purpose.
  • Develop and deploy eLearning feedback mechanisms, including analysis and reporting of outcomes.
  • Create, administer, analyse, and report on end-user progress and results, recommending training improvement strategies.
  • Continually review and update technical infrastructure to deliver eLearning content effectively.
  • Provide technical support for eLearning courses and eBriefings, and the learning platform.
  • Coach and/or provide guidance to junior members of the team on eLearning-related activities.
  • Lead administrative duties relating to the provision of training for Showsec's workforce.
  • Support other departments within the Product Resourcing department as directed by the Training and Development Manager.
What We Offer
  • Salary of £24,160.00 per annum.
  • 37.5 hour working week.
  • 24 days holiday + 8 days public holiday.
  • Non-contractual bonus.
  • Additional 'holiday payment' equivalent to 2% of annual salary.
  • Royal London pension scheme with excellent employer contribution.

Requirements
  • Understanding of Articulate 360 software (Rise and Storyline skills).
  • Background in Media/Graphic Design/Marketing/eLearning.
  • Strong IT skills, including Excel and web-based programs.
  • Forward thinking and confidence to present new ideas to the department.
  • Highly literate, with excellent writing skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritise efficiently with great time management skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communications skills and ability to liaise with different stakeholders at all levels of seniority.
