Are you an individual who excels in a meticulously organized environment? Love Recruitment is seeking a committed Facility Operations Supervisor to ensure our esteemed fitness center maintains its high standards. This position is ideal for someone who finds fulfillment in upholding a clean and secure gym atmosphere without the stress of sales targets.
As the Facility Operations Supervisor, you will oversee all maintenance and health and safety measures, guaranteeing our gym is always in optimal condition. You will be the primary contact for managing equipment upkeep, hygiene standards, and regulatory adherence. Your proactive mindset and meticulous attention to detail will enable us to provide an exceptional experience for our members.
Your Responsibilities:
- Oversee and maintain all fitness equipment and facilities.
- Implement health and safety protocols to ensure a secure environment.
- Lead cleanliness and hygiene initiatives in collaboration with our cleaning team.
- Develop strategies for waste management and energy conservation.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and maintain comprehensive records.
- Enhance member experience by resolving operational challenges and supporting member services.
- Promote a respectful and inclusive atmosphere for both staff and members.
What You Bring:
- Experience in operations or maintenance, preferably in wellness or hospitality sectors.
- Strong organizational and administrative capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Windows, Excel, Outlook).
- Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification with a passion for performance and functional training.
- Eligibility to work and reside in the UK; knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese is advantageous.
