About the Role:
We are seeking an ambitious individual to join our contracts team as an Assistant Contracts Manager Apprentice. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the management of construction projects from start to finish.

Key responsibilities include:
  1. Coordinating site logistics and ensuring the timely delivery of materials.
  2. Developing and maintaining detailed project programmes to ensure smooth project execution.
  3. Liaising with Main Contractors, Sub-Contractors and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
  4. Monitoring and reporting on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  5. Providing support to the wider team to ensure project success.
