About the Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and self-disciplined individual to join our team as a Temporary Postal Delivery Associate.

As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering parcels and post to residential areas, working independently and using your own initiative to navigate routes efficiently.

The role requires a strong sense of community and the ability to work flexibly, including weekends, to meet the needs of our customers.

You will be based at our Kidlington Delivery Office, where you will spend the morning sorting mail and preparing for your delivery route. You will then use a hand-held computer device to capture customer signatures and manage your round.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering parcels and post to residential areas
  • Working independently and using your own initiative to navigate routes efficiently
  • Using a hand-held computer device to capture customer signatures and manage your round
  • Meeting deadlines and targets for delivery completion

Requirements:

  • A full UK manual driving licence with no more than six penalty points (a clean licence is preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with handheld devices
