School Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated School Staff Nurse to join our team in North Kent. As a School Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing support to families with children aged five to 19, working closely with local schools to ensure the best possible start in life for Kent children.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical judgment to support evidence-based care planning and ensure that children and families who use our services have a good experience.
- Work as part of a team to keep children safe and well in North Kent.
- Use your clinical skills to support the health and wellbeing of children and families.
- Registered Health Care Professional with relevant Professional body (NMC) NMC Registered Nurse or Midwife.
- Experience of recent community/acute healthcare gained through education or work experience placement or previous employment.
- Awareness of professional issues, up to date clinical practice and recent developments in the NHS.
- Sound communication and interpersonal skills, Ability to organise own work, Ability to cope with change and Ability to use own initiative.
