Job Title: Spray Painter

We are seeking a skilled Spray Painter to join our Prefabrication Team in Banbridge. As a Spray Painter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products are painted to meet production deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out all aspects of spraying to meet production deadlines.
  • Read specification and quality sheets to ensure accurate painting.
  • Plan and prioritize work schedules within the paint shop to meet deadlines.
  • Manage and control paint stocks and consumables to minimize waste.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy work area.
  • Perform any other duties deemed necessary by management.
Essential Criteria:
  • Previous spray-painting experience within a fabrication environment.
  • Ability to work unsupervised and take ownership of duties.
  • Ability to grow and learn within the team and the company.
  • Demonstrate a good ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent planning, organisation, and attention to detail skills.
  • Good communication skills.
