Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Spray Painter to join our Prefabrication Team in Banbridge.

This permanent contract offers a fantastic opportunity for a candidate to gain experience with a dynamic and progressive company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To carry out all aspects of spraying to ensure products are painted to meet production deadlines.
  • Read specification and quality sheets to ensure accurate application.
  • Plan and prioritize the work schedule within the paint shop to meet deadlines.
  • Manage and control paint stocks and consumables, minimizing waste.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy work area.
  • Perform any other duties deemed necessary by management.

Essential Criteria:

  • Previous spray-painting experience within a fabrication environment.
  • Ability to work unsupervised and take ownership of duties.
  • Ability to grow and learn within the team and the company.
  • Demonstrate a good ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent planning, organisation and attention to detail skills.
  • Good communication skills.
