About The Role
As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide nursing and general care to residents, ensuring 24-hour health and social care in line with current legislation and Salutem's policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the team to deliver comprehensive health and social care.
Promote independence, health, and well-being while maintaining high professional standards.
Adhere to the NMC Code of Conduct, maintain active NMC registration, and ensure compliance with Responsibilities:
Work across departments to implement Salutem's strategic direction.
Commit to customer service excellence and quality framework.
Maintain professional development per NMC standards.
Ensure safe practice with medicinal products handling.
Contribute to policy and strategy development.
Provide evidence-based care and safeguard children and adults.
Manage records as per organisational and NMC guidelines.
Support effective supervision and mentoring of staff.
Maintain a safe, clean environment and ensure effective equipment use.
Facilitate communication and continuity of care.
Develop a culture of person-centred care and quality experiences.
Manage admissions, discharges, and handle feedback.
Provide leadership for decision-making and team collaboration.
Promote lifelong learning and reflective practice.
Support staff development and participate in performance reviews.
Ensure safe delegation and monitor outcomes.
Address care standards and manage performance issues.
Contribute to budget management and continuous quality improvement.
Attend mandatory training and stay updated on clinical practices.
Participate in staff recruitment and meetings.
