Care Professional

We are seeking compassionate and caring individuals to join our team as Care Professionals in the London Borough of Redbridge. As a Care Professional, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients, providing them with companionship, support, and care in the comfort of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide companionship and social interaction to clients, promoting their emotional well-being and quality of life.
- Assist with daily tasks, such as meal preparation, light housework, and personal care, to help clients maintain their independence.
- Accompany clients to appointments, local activities, and shopping, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Document daily activities and report any significant changes in clients' needs or living conditions to our office staff.
- Maintain regular communication with our office staff and line manager to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements:
- Willingness to travel to clients' homes and work in a variety of settings.
- Ability to undergo a full DBS check and maintain confidentiality.
- No prior care experience or qualifications are necessary, as we provide award-winning training to our Care Professionals.
- Previous experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, or Carer is desirable but not required.
