Care Professional

We are seeking compassionate and caring individuals to join our team as Care Professionals in the London Borough of Redbridge. As a Care Professional, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients, providing them with companionship, support, and care in the comfort of their own homes.
About the RoleAs a Care Professional, you will be responsible for:
- Providing companionship and social interaction to our clients
- Assisting with daily tasks such as meal preparation, light housework, and personal care
- Accompanying clients to appointments, local activities, and shopping
- Documenting daily activities and reporting any significant changes in a client's needs or living conditions
- Maintaining regular communication with line managers and office staff
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A willingness to travel to clients' homes
- A full DBS check
- No prior care qualifications or experience are necessary, as we provide award-winning training
- A positive and caring attitude, with a passion for making a difference in people's lives
