About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Professional in London Borough of Hackney or Islington. As a Care Professional, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients, providing them with the support and companionship they need to live independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences, and delivering tailored care and support.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and support.
- Document daily activities and report any significant changes in a client's needs or living conditions.
- Contribute to a positive living environment, enhancing the quality of life for our clients.
Requirements
- Willingness to travel to clients' homes.
- Ability to undergo a full DBS check.
- No prior care qualifications or experience necessary, as we provide award-winning training.
- Previous experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, Carer, or Health Care Assistant is desirable but not required.
