Job Overview

TeacherActive is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our dynamic team in Wirral. As part of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing personalized behaviour intervention plans, providing mentorship and training to staff, and collaborating with families and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, or mental health challenges, as well as familiarity with positive behaviour support strategies.

What We Offer

We offer competitive £30,000 - £40,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including a Guaranteed Payment Scheme, CPD Courses and certificates, and a TeacherActive Referral Scheme. Our staff are paid on a PAYE basis, ensuring they pay the right level of TAX and National Insurance.
