Major Energy Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Diesel/Hydraulic Service Technician to support the service and repair of truck-mounted and offshore containerised winches, diesel-driven power packs, compressors, telescopic and folding wireline masts. The ideal candidate will have a time-served apprenticeship in HGV/Plant Mechanics, NC in a relevant subject, and higher education in a relevant subject (desirable). They will possess a working knowledge within a service and repair environment, ability to operate basic hand and power tools, and forklift and overhead crane certificates (desirable).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service and repair of truck-mounted and offshore containerised winches, diesel-driven power packs, compressors, telescopic and folding wireline masts.
  • Support and improve assembly of products through specific techniques and innovative idea generation.
  • Assist colleagues where required and report any health and safety improvements and infringements.
  • Follow all risk assessments and participate in all safety initiatives.
