Fragrance Specialist

At Le Labo, we're seeking a talented Fragrance Specialist to join our team. As a Fragrance Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating personalized fragrance experiences for our clients.

About the Role

We're looking for a passionate and knowledgeable individual who is eager to learn and grow with our company. As a Fragrance Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in the world of fragrances, working closely with our team to create a unique and inspiring in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and create personalized fragrance experiences for clients
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our fragrance products and their benefits
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Contribute to the creation of engaging in-store experiences and events
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest fragrance trends and products

Qualifications

  • About You While previous retail experience is not necessary, we're looking for someone with a passion for fragrances and a willingness to learn and grow with our company. You'll have:
  • A passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating personalized experiences
  • An approachable and friendly attitude with a 'can-do' spirit
  • Confidence in speaking with customers and understanding their needs
  • Flexible availability across days/hours
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country
