Job Description:

We are looking for a high-performing Project Engineer to join our team at Marshall. As a key member of our engineering department, you will undertake specific engineering work packages to support delivery of systems to meet requirements, schedule and cost.

This is a fantastic arena to develop your systems capability and deliver high-integrity products in a purpose-driven industry.

Responsibilities as Project Engineer will include:

  • Promoting and upholding the company values and procedures.
  • Promoting and adhering to Health, Safety and Environmental best practice.
  • Working to standards, processes & procedures, ensuring rigour, resilience and continuous improvement in solutions, meeting all regulatory requirements, conforming to specifications, quality and certification requirements.
  • Supporting the technical compliance, verification, and validation activities of all contractual, statutory and legal requirements.
  • Working closely with the design, engineering, quality and production teams to ensure most cost-effective solution is developed, compliant to requirements and legislation.
  • Ensuring solutions are tolerant of the environment in which they operate.

  • Experience in Systems or Project Engineering.
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills.
  • Good IT skills, including Word and Excel.
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with energy and enthusiasm.
  • Ability to apply your skills and knowledge across a wide and diverse range of projects.
  • Broad understanding of manufacturing techniques including, sheet metal fabrication, riveting, bonding and welding.
  • Ability to work accurately and at pace.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract.
