A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Associate Director to join our team at Maxim Recruitment. As a specialist consultancy, we work with a range of construction dispute organisations around the world, and we are seeking a talented individual to lead our brand development efforts.
Responsibilities and Duties- Develop and implement brand strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
- Lead a team of professionals to deliver high-quality brand development projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Manage and maintain our brand's online presence, including social media and website content.
- Develop and implement brand awareness campaigns to increase visibility and reach.
- Provide coaching and guidance to junior staff to help them develop their skills and expertise.
- Participate in business development activities to identify new opportunities and generate new business.
- 5+ years of experience in brand development, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of delivering successful brand development projects.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and practices.
- Experience with social media marketing and online content creation.
- Degree level education in a related field, such as marketing, business, or communications.
