Senior Manufacturing Operations Manager

The Factory Operations Manager position is a senior-level appointment, in which you will assume Operations and Manufacturing responsibility for one of our key operations, close to the Shenstone area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive manufacturing operations across multiple manufacturing lines, aiming to achieve World Class standards.
  • Lead the development and promotion of lean manufacturing techniques, such as 5s, VSM, TPM, etc., across manufacturing operations.
  • Manage and motivate a team of managers to effectively problem-solve and develop their careers.
  • Introduce processes and procedures across manufacturing lines to enhance manufacturing output and support the delivery of EBITDA objectives.
  • Develop an agile, positive, and ambitious manufacturing function with the skills, resources, and capability to become a key enabler of growth, development, and improved business performance.
Requirements
  • Leadership and people management skills with the ability to build, motivate, develop, and improve teams.
  • Experience of taking manufacturing operations to World Class / Operational Excellence.
  • Experience within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, implementing continuous improvement tools and techniques, and problem-solving techniques.
  • IOSH or Nebosh qualified in Health and Safety.
