About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate nurse to join our team as a Clinical Deputy Manager at Care UK. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality clinical and pastoral care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and deputise for the Home Manager, providing inspiring leadership to nursing and care colleagues.
  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality clinical and pastoral care, ensuring the highest levels of clinical governance.
  • Focus on residents with complex needs, utilising your nursing skills and managerial expertise to maintain the highest standards of care.
  • Audit practices and procedures, develop care plans, and conduct assessments to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
About You

We are looking for an NMC Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) with a passion for delivering exceptional care and a commitment to continuous improvement. You will be well-versed in care planning processes and familiar with clinical assessment tools.
