Housing Disrepair Fee Earner Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Housing Disrepair Fee Earner to join our team. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of housing disrepair cases and providing high-quality legal services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a high-volume caseload of housing disrepair cases
  • Provide excellent legal services to clients, including drafting court documents and witness statements
  • Work closely with local authorities and landlords to resolve housing disputes
  • Meet financial targets and contribute to the profitability of the team
Requirements:
  • Excellent working knowledge of housing law and current case law affecting housing disputes
  • Proven track record of dealing with disrepair cases and resolving housing disputes
  • Excellent drafting capabilities and ability to work with a computerised case management system
  • Ability to work in a team environment and take individual responsibility for a caseload of files
