Dove & Hawk is seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join our team. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of properties in the Hounslow, Twickenham, and Isleworth areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Portfolio Management: Oversee a portfolio of 125 properties, ensuring timely and efficient management of all aspects.
  • Contractor and Tenant Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors and tenants, addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Landlord Liaison: Provide exceptional communication and support to landlords, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Tenancy Renewal Management: Handle the renewal process for tenancy agreements, ensuring all documentation and negotiations are completed efficiently.
  • Property Inspections: Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
  • Summary Reporting: Prepare comprehensive summary reports for landlords, providing clear insights and updates.
  • Administrative Excellence: Perform general administrative duties with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Dupix: Familiarity with Dupix software is highly advantageous.
  • Professional Presentation and Communication: Possess excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information effectively.
  • Flexibility with Landlords: Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in meeting landlords' varying needs and expectations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years proven experience: In AST property management, demonstrating a strong understanding of the role and responsibilities.
  • Valid Driver's License: Required for the position.

Benefits:

  • Car Allowance: Provided to support business travel.
  • Contributory Pension: Available to all employees.

Salary Budgets: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 - 5:00
