About the Role

As a Community Care Worker, you will be delivering high-quality care that is tailored to meet the unique needs and wishes of our clients. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing personal care and support to ensure comfort and dignity
  • Offering companionship and being a friendly face and comforting presence
  • Living in with clients who require 24/7 support
  • Promoting independence and empowering clients to lead fulfilling lives with as much autonomy as possible
  • Supporting with medication administration
  • Providing specialist clinical care for complex needs
  • Offering compassionate care during life's most challenging moments
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • A minimum of 6 months of professional care experience or experience caring for a loved one in the UK
  • The ability to assist clients with limited mobility comfortably
  • The right to work in the UK
  • A valid driver's licence and reliable access to a personal vehicle
  • Experience with complex care (desired, but not essential as full training will be provided)

The estimated salary for this position is approximately £26,000-£40,000 per year, based on a 37.5-hour workweek and 52 weeks of employment per year.
