Maintenance Equipment Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Equipment Engineer to join our team at Greggs.
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out preventative, routine, and emergency maintenance work on equipment in our shops. You will ensure all on-site mechanical and electrical equipment is working as effectively and efficiently as possible.
As part of this role, you will carry out regular maintenance work, day-to-day repair of shop equipment, electrical repairs, and modifications. You will also ensure machine downtime is minimised whilst repairs are carried out for a group of approximately 80 shops.
Requirements- A Full UK Driving Licence is essential
- Knowledge of Food Safety & SHE
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility in working hours (as may be required to work different shifts each week or asked to work overtime)
- IT skills including Microsoft 365; SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams
- A competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience
