Cleaner - South West Norse
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team at South West Norse, a successful commercial service partnership between Norse Group and Devon County Council.
The Role
As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for carrying out day-to-day routine and ad-hoc cleaning services, ensuring that the necessary standards are met and operating in line with Client and Norse Policies and Procedures.
Whilst maintaining hygiene levels is an important part of site safety across all communal areas, this consumer-facing role will require you to deliver a high standard of customer service to clients across the facility.
Our Successful Candidate
If you have previously worked within a commercial cleaning environment, this would be an advantage. However, at Norse, we can offer full training and support for enthusiastic individuals who can demonstrate:
- Ability to work to defined standards in a quality-driven environment
- Good communication skills, capable of building relationships with colleagues, clients, and members of the public
- Comfortable working independently to your own initiative as well as being part of a team
- Good attention to detail, able to deliver a high level of customer service
