We are seeking an experienced Composite Workshop Shift Supervisor to oversee the safe maintenance of our fleet.

The successful candidate will join a team of skilled staff, each playing a crucial role in maintaining over 450 aircraft for one of the world's largest airlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and organize manpower and planning
  • Organize and evaluate repairs
  • Allocate and prioritize tasks and manage technical jobs
  • Order and progress spares
  • Ensure documentation is completed correctly
  • Enforce company regulations and policies
  • Maintain a clean and tidy work area
  • Develop staff skills, including apprentices and trainees
  • Assist with and carry out composite repairs

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in supervising or managing manpower
  • MRO composite repair experience
  • Ability to work towards gaining company CRS approval
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Willingness to work shifts, including nights
  • Flexible approach to working in a fast-changing environment
  • Unrestricted right to work in the UK
