We are seeking an experienced Assistant Retail Manager to join our team at Adecco. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for supporting the Manager in achieving sales targets, creating a positive working environment, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Manager in the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and sales performance.
  • Support the Manager in achieving sales targets and ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management and administrative tasks.
  • Oversee staff rotas and ensure a well-structured team.
  • Create a positive and supportive working environment for the team.
  • Utilise your fashion or retail brand experience to provide expert advice and assistance to customers.
  • Communicate effectively and build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in high-end fashion or retail brands.
  • Previous management or supervisory experience.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Fluency in a second language (preferred).
