Job Title: Care Assistant - Live In

Home Instead is seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant - Live In. As a Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality care and companionship to our clients in their own homes, enabling them to live independently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation, laundry, and household chores
  • Offer companionship and social interaction, including conversation, games, and activities
  • Support clients with medication management and administration
  • Work collaboratively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in care or a related field is desirable, but not essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of clients
  • Valid driving license and access to a reliable vehicle
