About the Role:

As a Transport Sector Director, you will play a key role in leading our bus cleaning contract team in the Greater London area. You will be responsible for achieving strategic account objectives, managing performance, and ensuring robust adherence to contract HSQE requirements.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of cleaning industry experience within the bus/public transport sector, with a proven track record of managing staff and budgets. Excellent communication skills in English are essential, and a driving licence is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead innovation and development within the contracts, maintaining market understanding and proposals for implementation of new ways of working.
  2. Develop external networks to enhance business opportunities and raise Company profile of activities.
  3. Support business development activity, working with the Business Development Team at tender preparation and contract mobilisation.
  4. Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company expectations (NPS Survey).
  5. Achieves defined strategic customer objectives in assigned accounts.
  6. Completes strategic customer account plans that meet company standards.

Salary: £65,000 - £90,000 per annum.
