At Premier Inn, we are looking for a skilled Hotel Receptionist to join our team. As the face of our hotel, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests.

About the Role:

You will work as part of a dynamic team to ensure the smooth operation of the front desk. This includes handling guest inquiries, checking-in and checking-out guests, and resolving any issues that may arise.

You will work closely with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are ready for guests. This includes addressing any maintenance or repair issues that may arise.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of £79 per hour, along with a range of benefits including training and support from experienced colleagues.
