About the Role

About the Team: Our Patient Services Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our patient administration systems. You will work closely with our clinical and non-clinical staff to ensure that all patients receive timely and clear instruction regarding their appointments.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage patient appointments, including booking patients into clinics and answering telephone calls
  • Ensure timely and accurate input of information on our clinical system
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of safe patient administration management systems
  • Provide general office duties such as filing, post distribution, and photocopying

Requirements:

  • GCSE grade C+ in English and Maths or equivalent
  • High experience in customer service (telephone and face-to-face)
  • Experience working in the NHS or patient-focused environment
  • An understanding of confidentiality
  • Clerical/administrative experience
  • Competent with use of IT
