Contract Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Contractor Compliance Specialist to join our team at Western Power. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that external contractors working on behalf of Western Power comply with our Contract Management Framework and all contractual compliance obligations.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure a high level of compliance to, and consistent application of, the Contract Management Framework and all contractual compliance obligations and requirements.
- Manage and develop relationships with external contracting companies and stakeholders to deliver Western Power's contractual works effectively and efficiently.
- Ensure the effective and efficient delivery of outsourced works to ensure full contractual compliance is met.
- Exercise independence in giving sound advice to the site Contractor based on specialised experience.
We are looking for someone with a relevant electrical trade or engineering, contract management or HSE qualification, and at least 5-6+ years of solid experience in power and/or heavy industry planning, construction, operation, commissioning, and maintenance.
You will also possess best practice knowledge and industry experience in the areas of contract management and execution, safety management, occupational health, workplace assessing, incident and hazard investigation, and emergency response.
