Job Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the quality assurance processes across the food production facility, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing quality management systems
  • Coordinating internal audits and external inspections
  • Collaborating with production teams to resolve quality-related issues
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, the candidate will need:

  • Proven experience as a Technical Manager or Quality Manager in the food industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
